Do I need to install any software?

No. ToolsPilot Drive works online in any modern browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS — there is nothing to download or install.

How do I get a shareable link?

Upload a file and ToolsPilot Drive instantly creates a public link you can copy and send. You can also ask the AI assistant — attach a file and say “give me a shareable link”.

Can the AI assistant manage my files?

Yes. After you share a file, tell the assistant to “make it private”, “rename it to …” or “delete it”, and it performs that action on your Drive file right in the chat.

How long are files kept?

Every file and folder auto-deletes 48 hours after upload. You can delete anything sooner — deleting removes it from storage right away and the share link stops working.

What’s the difference between public and private?

Public files open for anyone with the link. Private files are only reachable with your secret link, which stays in your browser — so you decide who can view them.

Is there a file size limit?

Each upload can be up to 100 MB, and your Drive holds up to 100 MB in total at once. Delete older files to free up space.
